Stephen is an accomplished social development expert with over 11 years experience in the Educational/TVET/entrepreneurial sectors, 19 years experience with Civil Society Organizations, and 10 years in senior management.
He has extensive experience in the identification and mobilization of marginalized populations (over 12 000 people) to enroll for short-term, vocational skills training in bread baking, smock weaving, kente weaving, agritech -snail farming, vegetable farming, catering services, soap making etc.
Stephen leads implementation, advocacy, knowledge management and case studies while promoting the business and marketing components of the products of the trainees. He also provides financial literacy, life skills and numeracy skills for the beneficiaries, as well as ensures that all project beneficiaries receive training in safeguarding and child protection.
Stephen's last project was funded by FCDO.
