• More than 11 years of professional experience in the development of dual and cooperative TVET curricula in collaboration with TVET institutions and private sector companies.
• Deep understanding of the national and regional context as well as the challenges the stakeholders are currently facing in the rolling out of dual TVET programmes.
• More than 7 years of professional experience in leading teams of more than 10 members each, in the implementation of development cooperation projects in the TVET sector.
• More than 11 years of professional experience in the implementation of development cooperation projects in the TVET sector.
• 6 years of professional experience in mainstreaming gender equality and ensuring disability inclusion in the newly developed dual TVET programmes.
